What Is Electrical?
Electrical service encompasses a broad range of services related to the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and components in both residential and commercial settings. This includes, but is not limited to, wiring installations, electrical repairs, circuit breaker replacements, lighting installations, and safety inspections. Qualified professionals in this field ensure that electrical systems operate efficiently, safely, and in compliance with local building codes. Proper electrical service is crucial for the functionality of modern homes and businesses, powering appliances, lighting, and essential systems.
Why Is Electrical Important?
Electrical service is paramount for several reasons. Firstly, it ensures the safety of a propertys occupants by reducing the risk of electrical fires, shocks, and other hazards associated with faulty wiring and malfunctioning electrical components. Secondly, it enhances the functionality and efficiency of a propertys electrical system, which can lead to energy savings and improved performance of electrical appliances and fixtures. Lastly, regular electrical maintenance and prompt repairs help to extend the lifespan of the electrical system, preventing costly overhauls and replacements in the future. In essence, electrical service is indispensable for the safe, efficient, and effective operation of any property.
When Should You Consider Electrical?
Consider electrical service when you encounter signs of electrical problems, such as frequent circuit breaker trips, flickering lights, burning smells from outlets, or outdated wiring. Additionally, if youre renovating your home, adding new appliances that require additional power, or experiencing any electrical system inadequacies, professional electrical service is essential. Its also wise to schedule regular electrical inspections, especially in older homes, to ensure that your electrical system meets current safety standards. Proactive electrical maintenance can prevent minor issues from escalating into major, costly problems, ensuring your property remains safe and functional.

Mike and Brian did an amazing job adding recessed lighting to our living room! Mike was so accommodating to our sensitive timeframe to get the job completed and with no mess. We can’t thank you enough for your attention to detail and professionalism!
Lauren Cirino
We used Mike and his team to have new high hat lights put in our family room. They were so professional, kept as much as they possibly could covered during the job, and cleaned up when they were finished.

Frequently Asked Questions
How long will the renovation take from start to finish?
This is on a project by project basis, we try to give a loose timeline at the time the contract is signed.
What is the total estimated cost, and what could cause it to increase?
We provide our clients with a breakdown of the costs from Estimate through signature of the Final Contract. That being said, throughout the renovation if additions or changes are needed, a change order is sent with the breakdown of cost and signed off on.
Do I need permits for this project, and will you handle them?
If a permit is needed for your job the general contractor will have that added to the statement of work as part of your Contract.
What is the payment schedule or deposit requirement?
The first deposit is required at the time of signature of your contract. The breakdown of payment is listed on the Contract as well.
Will I need to move out during the renovation?
Depending on what type of project we are working on for you, will depend on if you would need to move out of the room, house, etc. You are responsible for removing anything in the project area that could be in the way of the work being done.
How will you protect the rest of my home from dust?
We use drop cloths and pride ourselves on being as clean as possible while we work and before we leave for the day.
Who will be working in my home (employees vs. subcontractors)?
Our team of vetted and qualified employees and subcontractors that we have a long standing relationship with.
What happens if there are unexpected issues (like plumbing, electrical, or structural problems)?
The project will be put on hold as we help assimilate the cost of the issues and the route to take with you from there. The standard is that a change order and a cost would come with issues like these.
Do you offer any warranty or guarantee on the work?
We do not offer specific warranties but we do however stand by our work. If something comes up please call and we can address it accordingly.
