What Is Kitchen remodeling?
Kitchen remodeling is a comprehensive process that involves making alterations, improvements, or upgrades to a kitchens layout, functionality, and aesthetic appeal. This service can include tasks such as replacing countertops, updating appliances, installing new cabinets, altering the floor plan, and enhancing the lighting. The goal of kitchen remodeling is to create a space that meets the homeowners needs, reflects their personal style, and increases the overall value of the home. By addressing both the appearance and efficiency of the kitchen, remodeling can transform one of the most used spaces in a home into a more enjoyable and functional area.
Why Is Kitchen remodeling Important?
Kitchen remodeling is important for several reasons. Firstly, it significantly enhances the functionality of the space. By updating appliances, improving the layout, and adding modern conveniences, a remodel can make the kitchen more efficient and easier to use. Secondly, remodeling can greatly increase the value of a home. A well-designed, modern kitchen is a key selling point and can boost the propertys market value. Additionally, kitchen remodeling allows homeowners to customize the space to their personal taste and lifestyle needs, making the kitchen more enjoyable and suitable for entertaining. Finally, updating the kitchen can improve energy efficiency by incorporating newer, more efficient appliances and materials, ultimately saving homeowners money on utility bills.
When Should You Consider Kitchen remodeling?
You should consider kitchen remodeling when your current kitchen no longer meets your needs or lifestyle. This could be due to outdated appliances that are inefficient, a layout that hinders functionality, or simply a desire for a more modern aesthetic. If you find yourself frequently frustrated by a lack of storage, inadequate counter space, or poor lighting, it may be time to consider a remodel. Additionally, if youre planning to sell your home, updating the kitchen can make your property more attractive to potential buyers and increase its value. Lastly, if your kitchen has suffered damage from wear and tear, water, or fire, remodeling can restore it to its former glory or even improve upon the original design.

Mike and Brian did an amazing job adding recessed lighting to our living room! Mike was so accommodating to our sensitive timeframe to get the job completed and with no mess. We can’t thank you enough for your attention to detail and professionalism!
Lauren Cirino
We used Mike and his team to have new high hat lights put in our family room. They were so professional, kept as much as they possibly could covered during the job, and cleaned up when they were finished.

Frequently Asked Questions
How long will the renovation take from start to finish?
This is on a project by project basis, we try to give a loose timeline at the time the contract is signed.
What is the total estimated cost, and what could cause it to increase?
We provide our clients with a breakdown of the costs from Estimate through signature of the Final Contract. That being said, throughout the renovation if additions or changes are needed, a change order is sent with the breakdown of cost and signed off on.
Do I need permits for this project, and will you handle them?
If a permit is needed for your job the general contractor will have that added to the statement of work as part of your Contract.
What is the payment schedule or deposit requirement?
The first deposit is required at the time of signature of your contract. The breakdown of payment is listed on the Contract as well.
Will I need to move out during the renovation?
Depending on what type of project we are working on for you, will depend on if you would need to move out of the room, house, etc. You are responsible for removing anything in the project area that could be in the way of the work being done.
How will you protect the rest of my home from dust?
We use drop cloths and pride ourselves on being as clean as possible while we work and before we leave for the day.
Who will be working in my home (employees vs. subcontractors)?
Our team of vetted and qualified employees and subcontractors that we have a long standing relationship with.
What happens if there are unexpected issues (like plumbing, electrical, or structural problems)?
The project will be put on hold as we help assimilate the cost of the issues and the route to take with you from there. The standard is that a change order and a cost would come with issues like these.
Do you offer any warranty or guarantee on the work?
We do not offer specific warranties but we do however stand by our work. If something comes up please call and we can address it accordingly.
